Cara Delevingne has released her first single and it's pretty bizarre... It's The Dredge
EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.
Cara Delevingne has released her first single ‘I Feel Everything’, which was produced by Pharrell Williams. No matter what you are expecting this song to sound like, it doesn’t sound like that.
It’s from the soundtrack of her new movie Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (which is released on the 2nd of August), and the sci fi music video has serious The Fifth Element vibes.
Just brace yourself for your first listen and remember what life was like before you heard this song, because there’s no going back to your old perception of Cara Delevingne after this. It’s just too weird.
Make of that what you will.

Katy Perry will be the host of this years MTV Video Music Awards. Sure she’s nominated for five awards, so they might as well keep her on the stage.
She shared the news in an Instagram post where she said “Come August 27th, I’ll be ready to be your MOONWOMAN!” A joke clearly relating to the Moon Man awards they give away at the VMAs.
Viacom commented “We’re thrilled to have global phenomenon Katy Perry as the host and a performer at the 2017 VMAs. She is at the forefront of music culture and the perfect person to anchor this year’s show, which promises to be one of the most diverse and music-filled in VMA history.” (Metro)

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Lamar Odom has opened up about his problems with addiction that almost killed him in 2015. The 37-year-old shared his private struggles coping with loss and becoming addicted to cocaine. His hospitalization reminded him of a phrase that his late grandmother often said:
The professional basketball player admitted that all of the wealth, fame and awards in the world could not take his mind off of cocaine. For this he was incredibly ashamed, disappointed and in incredible disbelief when he woke up from a four-day coma.
No doubt Odom’s story is an important one to share. Stories like this help lots of people to understand the sad and complicated nature of addiction. (Bustle)
And the rest of the day’s dirt…
